Reception and Accommodation

• Check-in: from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival (The latest permitted time for arrival at the property is 7:00 pm, unless otherwise requested)
• Check-out: by 10:00 am on the day of departure
• Room cleaning: for stays exceeding 2 nights, a room reset is carried out on alternate days. Leave only the towels to be replaced on the floor.
• Wi-Fi: is switched off from 00:00 to 07:00 to promote rest.
• Minors: must always be accompanied by their parents.

Common areas and access to facilities

• In the rooms, in the event hall and in the agriturismo hall, one enters barefoot or with slippers dedicated to indoor use.
• Octagonal hall and geodesic hall: accessible only during courses, in the presence of the instructor, unless otherwise communicated.
• Some areas are reserved for staff only (see welcome leaflet provided upon arrival).
• We ask that you respect silence and use common sense in the communal areas from 23:00 to 07:00.
• Parking within the farm campsite is not allowed, except for loading and unloading luggage. Parking is permitted for vehicles towing caravans.

Dining

• Meals are served buffet-style, except in specific cases.
• It is important that reception be informed in advance of any allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences (e.g. vegan or gluten-free cuisine), as indicated in the appropriate forms prior to arrival.

Nature and sustainability

• This place aims to be an example of environmental respect. We therefore ask you to:
  • reduce water, energy and detergent consumption
  • safeguard and respect every form of life, to preserve biodiversity and the ecosystem.

Specific Rules

Sauna

Before entering:

• Have a shower and dry yourself thoroughly.
• Enter without a bathing suit (cotton towel only). Slippers and shoes remain outside.
• Drink water to hydrate

During use:

• Recommended duration: 8–15 minutes.
• Use a towel on which to rest the entire body.
• Avoid sudden movements and maintain a low tone of voice.

After the sauna:

• Have a cold shower and, if desired, a dip in the pool.
• Rest for a few minutes
• Rehydrate with water or herbal teas.

Warnings:

• Only the staff is authorised to add firewood.
• Avoid use in case of pregnancy, cardiovascular problems or other medical conditions without medical consultation.
• Stop immediately in case of discomfort.
• Contact the staff for assistance.

Pets

Animals (dogs, cats, etc.) are allowed subject to the following rules:

• The agriturismo is fenced and chickens, peacocks, cats, donkeys and other dogs roam freely. Therefore, in the outdoor spaces (agricampeggio and agriturismo outdoor areas) it is necessary to keep animals on a lead.
• The customer must be adequately equipped for the wellbeing of their own animal.
• It is important that the dog is well-trained and accustomed to being in the company of other people and animals.
• The use of bed linen or bathroom linen for the animal is prohibited.
• Animals are not allowed on beds, armchairs, chairs or tables.
• They must be kept under control at all times and must not disturb other guests.
• It is forbidden to leave them alone in the room at any time.
• Any damages or extraordinary cleaning are at the owner’s expense.
• Pets are not allowed inside the event rooms, the agriturismo dining room and the shared accommodation facilities.

Natural Swimming Pool

The natural swimming pool and the fenced area are reserved exclusively for guests staying overnight.

Being a living ecosystem, it requires particular attention:

• Have a shower before entering the water.
• Do not use sun creams or tanning oils.
• Do not throw stones, leaves, liquids or other materials into the water.
• Do not trample or damage aquatic plants.
• Walk only on the flat stones and wooden decking, not on the gravel.
• Pets are not allowed in the water.
• Do not leave personal items in the common area (including towels on sunbeds when not in use): those found unattended will be taken to reception.

Rules for Parents with Children

Welcome to our farm stay! We are delighted to welcome families and children, and we wish for everyone’s stay to be pleasant, in full respect of nature, the animals and the other guests.

For this reason, we kindly ask parents to read and comply with the following regulations:

1. Parents’ Responsability

• Children are under the full responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults at all times during their stay at the agriturismo.
• The management assumes no responsibility for accidents or damage arising from failure to comply with safety rules.

2. Safety and Natural Swimming Pool

• The natural swimming pool is a delicate ecosystem: it is forbidden to throw objects, food or foreign substances into it.
• Children may access the natural swimming pool only if accompanied by an adult.
• It is essential to respect natural areas and not cause damage to aquatic plants or the fauna that inhabit them.

3. Respect for Animals

• The farm animals are not toys: they must be respected and observed without frightening or disturbing them.
• It is forbidden to feed them without authorisation from the staff.
• Access to areas dedicated to animals must always take place in the presence of an adult.

4. Respect for Plants and Spaces

• It is forbidden to pick flowers, plants, fruit or damage trees and the vegetable garden.
• Children must play in the designated areas, avoiding running or shouting near the communal relaxation spaces.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult inside the bio-shop.

5. Respect for the Other Guests

• Communal living is fundamental: we invite you to maintain polite behaviour, without disturbing the peace of other guests.
• Noise and games must take place in appropriate spaces, in accordance with rest times.

📌 Please Note: Upon entering the farm stay, parents declare that they have read and fully accept these regulations.

The management reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of failure to comply with the rules.
