NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED
Dear Participant, Autosufficienza farm pursues the objective of promoting its activities, courses and events through its communication channels, such as the official website (https://autosufficienza.it/) and social media profiles (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). To this end, we may take photographs and/or record videos during the activities in which you will take part. The images and/or footage taken may feature participants.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASES
The images collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of promoting and communicating the activities of Autosufficienza farm, including publication on our web channels (website and social media) and printed or digital promotional material.
The use of images, videos and/or recordings is to be considered as carried out free of charge and limited to contexts that do not prejudice the dignity, reputation and decorum of the person. The processing and dissemination of your images will take place solely on the basis of your explicit consent, freely and voluntarily expressed, which you may provide by ticking the appropriate box during registration/enrolment.
The legal basis for processing is found in Art. 6(1)(a) of the EU Regulation, namely the express consent of the data subject, as well as pursuant to Art. 10 of the Civil Code and Arts. 96 and 97 of Law No. 633/41 (Copyright Law), as well as Art. 8 of the GDPR and Art. 320 of the Civil Code in the case of minors.
In the case of minors, where the form is completed and consent is given by only one parent/guardian, the same declares also on behalf of the other informed parent/guardian. The Autosufficienza farm declines all responsibility in case of lack of information between parents. Furthermore, the Autosufficienza farm is not responsible for any videos and/or photos produced and published by other participants, and therefore declines all responsibility arising from failure to comply with their use, including unauthorised disclosure by the parties directly concerned.
PROCESSING AND STORAGE METHODS
The data subject to processing, including with the aid of IT systems, will be stored in dedicated electronic archives, adequately protected and safeguarded by the Data Controller for the entire time necessary for processing, using appropriate security, organisational, technical and physical measures, so as to minimise the risks of destruction or loss, unauthorised access or processing inconsistent with the purposes of collection. The data collected will be retained for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed or until a possible request for deletion by the data subject.
DATA RECIPIENTS
Within the limits relevant to the stated processing purposes, the data will be processed by the Data Controller and by the persons appointed by him, such as staff, collaborators and companies expressly designated as data processors. The updated list of processors is available at the Data Controller’s registered office. The images (and/or voice/recordings) of the data subject may be subject to dissemination in publications or films according to the purposes and methods described above.
DATA TRANSFER
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) owned by and/or available to the Data Controller and/or third-party companies duly appointed as data processors. Should it become necessary for technical, organisational and/or operational reasons to use parties located outside the EEA, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of Data will take place in accordance with the provisions set out in Chapter V of the Regulation, through the adoption of standard contractual clauses (SCCs) drafted on the basis of versions prepared by the European Commission.
OBLIGATION OR OPTION TO PROVIDE DATA
The provision of images (and/or voice) is optional: the consequences of any refusal may result in the impossibility, on the part of the data subject, to participate in any activities or events aimed at producing publications and/or promotional material, as stated in the “Purpose” section of this privacy notice. In the event of withheld consent, Autosufficienza farm undertakes not to acquire or, if acquired, not to publish images that portray you in a recognisable manner.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Conformemente a quanto previsto dagli artt.15 e ss. del GDPR, i soggetti “Interessati” potranno esercitare, nei confronti del Titolare del trattamento, i diritti di accesso ai propri dati personali, di rettifica dei dati, di cancellazione o oblio, di limitazione, di portabilità dei dati, nonché opporsi al loro utilizzo per motivi legittimi o revocare il consenso fornito, senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento basato sul consenso prima della revoca. La richiesta di cancellazione dei dati è subordinata agli obblighi di conservazione dei documenti imposti da norme di legge. A seguito della revoca, le immagini non saranno più utilizzate per nuove pubblicazioni, e quelle già pubblicate saranno rimosse dai nostri canali web nei tempi tecnicamente necessari. L’esercizio dei diritti non è soggetto ad alcun vincolo di forma ed è gratuito e potrà essere effettuato attraverso l’invio di una richiesta a mezzo PEC / racc. a.r. ovvero e-mail ai riferimenti del Titolare, riportati all’inizio della presente informativa. Infine, qualora si ritenga che il trattamento dei dati violi il Reg. UE 2016/679, l’interessato ha il diritto di proporre un reclamo all’Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali ai sensi dell’art. 77 del Regolamento stesso.
