Since 2015, she has been a teacher in the Self-Production Courses and Retreats at La Fattoria dell’Autosufficienza, which have involved around 700 participants. She is a spokesperson for the Happy Degrowth Movement. Since 2012, she has hosted the eco-focused segment of Unomattina in Famiglia, broadcast live every Sunday at 7:30 a.m. on Rai1. She founded the School of Self-Production on the EcoSapere.it platform and curates the blog autoproduciamo.it. She writes for ViviConsapevole, a magazine published by Macrolibrarsi, and curates a column on label reading and health for Il Fatto Quotidiano.
Trained as a sociologist and naturopath, she has worked as a parliamentary assistant at the Camera dei Deputati, focusing on eco-mafia issues, waste management, and environmental communication.
She has published several books on these topics, including Reading the Skin of the Face, Watch the Label, Homemade, Save €700 in 7 Days, Eco Kit for Green Cleaning, and Changing Skin in 7 Steps.
She is a volunteer working in the fields of Rome’s first CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), Semi di Comunità.
