I arrived at the farm in 2017, where I delighted guests with my Romagnan cuisine revisited with wholesome ingredients. La Fattoria remains my heart's place: I take part in special occasions and handmake piadine, tortelli and fresh pasta. I love simple cooking that is as self-produced as possible.
