Hello, I'm Lorena. At the farm I prepare cakes, focaccias and other delicacies for our guests' breakfasts, and on Saturdays I knead, exclusively by hand, pizza and bread, using our sourdough starter and mixing organic flours from ancient grains and other cereals.
